We had bats in our house, and we called Mark from Advanced Wildlife. He came the next day, and explained the whole bat exclusion process which is actually very complex. He did a great job, was very thorough and I would highly recommend him. Don't spend your time screaming and running for the tennis racquet! Mark will get the job done for you safely and effectively.
